  My husband and I have been to this shop a couple of times to sell some inherited gold jewelry pieces and coins. Both times Irene was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and fair. Left feeling very satisfied about our transactions and happy that my family's old heirlooms may find a new home with someone else one day. She also has many fine pre-owned things on display for sale (jewelry as well as crystal and silver, etc). We will be back that's for sure. Trustworthy and professional, I recommend highly.

so mean owner. When she was trying to sell she was okay. But, when the time for me to sell my silver, she almost yelled at me and scolded like I am doing something wrong. She told me that she would buy my gold and silver, but she tried to rip off, and she showed her true color that she was so bossy, mean, and not honest.
I would give 0 and never recommend this place.
It was 2 days ago, but I am still in shock because of her rude attitude.
I am sure this place will go out of business soon.

  Jewelry & Coin Mart is the place for all your jewelry needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have sold old jewelry and received a fair price. I have also had jewelry repaired and been happy with the results. They have a nice selection of jewelry and collectables

  I received great treatment from Irene, she's always very friendly and offers great deals when I deal with her. I have also purchased a lot of silver coins that I have started collecting cause they have a great selection.

  I left my bracelet for repairs. I received it 11 days later, the bracelet was never repaired and they also ruined the white gold for me. As you can see, it turned yellow! The salesman is a man who can't talk at all! Terrible place

  I walked in to get a delicate but favorite necklace of my daughter's untangled. Within less than 5 minutes, the kind associate untangled for me with a smile and no charge. Another jewelry store torched me away immediately saying it's too time consuming but she didn't even hesitate. After trying for so long on my own, this was a huge relief and just demonstrates exceptional local customer service. I will be back here again!

The warm and welcoming and zero pressure atmosphere immediately put us at ease, which is so very helpful when dealing with the value of items and possibly selling. Especially when you are possibly selling items of great sentimental importance. I have come back here time and time again and each time I am again delighted at the service I receive and amazed at their inventory. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will find it.

  I went back in after doing more research online and the lady at the counter went over all the questions I had. She gave me a great deal and you won't beat their prices anywhere. Extremely knowledgeable staff, don't waste your time going anywhere else they will give you the best deal for your time and money. I highly recommend stopping in.
