The heart pendant is set with 15 iolite gemstones, estimated at 0.10ct each, plus a nice white face-up diamond estimated at 0.07ct.

Marked 14k. Hallmark looks like a “cj”.
Weighs 2.63 grams.
Pendant is about 0.75″ wide x 7/8″ tall with bail.
