Beautiful vintage Victorian shell cameo profile brooch pin pendant, surrounded in a beautifully engraved 10k yellow gold with milgrain detail.
The woman’s profile is light coral color with exquisite detail.
There is a swing locking clasp and a small loop for wearing it on a chain as a pendant.
Level clasp works, but it’s a bit delicate. Use with care.
Weighs 18.5 grams.
