Description
This gorgeous old vintage cannetille filigree link bracelet is feminine, and at 2-1/4″ wide, a striking statement piece as well. The small flower-like links have a delicate chain maille feel. The clasp area has intricately swirled silver wires decorated with milgrain detail. The clasp is fastened with a pin that pulls up out of a tube (see photo). This bracelet is handcrafted, so there are small variations in the work.
The bracelet is 7″ flat, and would best fit a wrist about 6.5″ or smaller.
The bracelet was in need of repair when it came to us; a few small circular links were replaced that attach the bracelet strands to the clasp. These are noticeable if you look closely for them, but when worn, they blend in.
The bracelet is not marked, but acid tested positive for sterling silver. The bracelet weighs 66 grams. A truly beautiful handmade piece.
